OUR HISTORY

In 2004, Entrepreneur David De Eiró Fernandes implemented his first project in the area of ice commercialization in the Algarve, meeting the needs of the Algarve Market. He was a pioneer in the commercialization of Premium Ice in Portugal, in 2005, after being associated with one of the largest ice factories in Europe. That same year, there was an investment on the part of a customer in the Beja area, who believed in the possibilities of growth in the activity, which gave rise to the implementation of new business ideals and, consequently, to new partnerships. Currently, the activity is developed in the Greater Lisbon area, having over the years obtained several ties and partnerships that have allowed it to open new paths and guarantee an excellent service. GELO.PT already has a solid structure in the market, being currently with an innovative project in progress.

Products

As partners of one of the largest factories in Europe, we have selected the most popular type of ice in the world for our distribution - Scotsman ice. In order to guarantee the preservation of ice quality, we have a wide range of our own freezer equipment for its packaging.

ICE FREEZERS

Distribution

We have a 24H delivery service and vehicles equipped with a freezing system, guaranteeing the quality of the product until its destination.

Storage

Our ice is stored in industrial freezing chambers, with remote temperature control. The product is stored in accordance with EEC standards. Sanitary License No. 36/01 Labor Authorization No. 118 / R / 2001
